131 Main in Cornelius, NC

 

Had such a great time at 131 Main last night in Cornelius, NC. So romantic and delicious 😍

We started with their corn bread which was amazing! Made in a skillet with jalapeño and served with honey, this corn bread was to die for.

My husband ordered the rack of ribs which fell off the bone 🤤 served with fries which were thin and crispy and some of the best slaw I've ever had which was super fresh and topped with peanuts.

I ordered the NC rainbow trout which was easily the best fish I've ever had-- crispy and perfectly seasoned, served with the most amazing kale salad which was chopped super fine and dressed with something salty and light.

Paired my Vince Camuto boots with petite Spanx faux leather leggings, a bodysuit from Abercrombie and a blazer for an easy and quick dressed up look. Linking my leggings and similar items to the boots, bodysuit and blazer below.
