Petite friendly jewelry (and a not so surprising store that's a gold mine)!

Let's talk about jewelry- we all love to accessorize, whether that be with gold or silver, rose gold, or some combination of these metals. There are so many types of jewelry at our disposal- rings, bracelets, earrings, necklaces, the list goes on. And for most people, the only factors they need to consider are 1. do I like the way it looks? and 2. is it within my budget?

For petite women, there is a third factor (arguably most important) that needs to be considered, especially when it comes to rings and bracelets- will it fit my finger or wrist (or even... will it fit properly on my neck)? This problem has plagued my sister and I for as long as we can remember. To put it into perspective- our ring fingers are just shy of a size 3 (if you can believe it)! Therefore, I've been on the hunt for brands and stores that carry petite sized jewelry and am excited to share my findings with you!

GLDN- I actually found this site through a targeted ad on Instagram. I decided to go check it out and I was pleasantly surprised with what I found! Their rings start at a size 4, but there's this nifty option when choosing sizing called "other". If you choose "other", you can enter a custom size and they'll make your ring to those specifications. In addition, their chain bracelets and necklaces also have size options as well as the "other" option so you can create a bracelet that is perfect for your wrist or neck! I can't believe other brands aren't doing this! They have silver, plated gold and rose gold, as well as solid gold for most of their pieces. The plated varieties are very reasonably priced. Honorable mention- they are US based, free shipping over $75, and give back to their community (some pieces include a portion of the proceeds given to charities).

Go Rings- another targeted ad on Instagram (Instagram...are you trying to tell me I have a jewelry addiction?). I have two of their stack-able go rings and I love them! They're gold-filled and start at a size 4 (good for my middle fingers). Their rings are also moderately priced- the go ring is just $18! Unfortunately, their bracelets and necklaces do not come in a range of sizes, so I have only purchased their rings. However, they are based in Dallas, TX (where you can shop their entire line). Honorable mention- you can make an appointment at their studio for a custom fitted "for good bracelet"- you pick the chain and the bracelet is custom fitted and welded together on your wrist, so it's on you "for good". The bracelets can easily be removed with scissors, but can stay on your wrist for a year if you want it to!

Etsy- maybe not so surprising to some, but Etsy is a gold mine for custom sized jewelry. There are tons of local small business that sell on etsy and can make rings and bracelets etc to your liking-music to my ears! I've used tons of different etsy shops over the years to find jewelry for every occasion, so it's a great place to look (especially if you don't know what you want). Only caveat...there are SO many things to choose from, it can get a little daunting!
