Brunch at "The Lobby Bar"

Saturday morning we got brunch at the Quirk Hotel's "The Lobby Bar" which was hands-down the best brunch we have ever had.  To start we got the "Quirk Spritz" which was made with rose, vodka, lemon, and club soda, and the "Paper Plane" which was made with bourbon, amaro nonino, aperol, and lemon.

For our main course we ordered the Roasted Fall Hash which had poached eggs, sweet potatoes, mushrooms, Brussels sprouts, porcini cream and sage; and the Fried Eggs with Parmesan Polenta which had fried eggs, parmesan polenta, pan roasted kale, tomatoes conserva, balsamic grilled cippolini onions, anchovy olive oil and parmesan frico. Both were savory and amazing! We can't wait to go back!

After brunch we decided to pop in to Quirk’s Pink Gallery, where the hotel showcases different artists (with the ability to purchase the artwork once the show is over).

We had a lot of fun checking out both installations, they were beautiful collections! Both also fit so well with the theme of this hotel (fun, bright, and pink!) If you're not into art, this is probably one of the most easygoing galleries to experience, we highly recommend it!
