Paddywax Candle bar
Yesterday I took Paige to a candle pouring class as one of her Christmas gifts- something socially distanced and fun we could do together in downtown Charlotte!
Paddywax is a candle and small gifts retailer, but they also have a few Candle Bars where you can sign up for a candle pouring class- it only takes an hour and it's BYOB (however no one participated in this option while we were there so we were all able to keep our masks on during the class).
They have six locations- Birmingham AL, Charlotte NC, two in Nashville TN (The Gulch and Berry Hill), Reston VA, and Philadelphia PA
For the class, you go through the whole process of picking out a vessel (all of theirs have great options for repurposing, and you can also bring it back to get re-poured at a discount), choosing your scent (they have TONS of options to choose from), pouring out your ingredients, adding your wicks, and naming your candle. It was so much fun, and of course, as twins do, we picked the same vessel and scent lol
